George Innes is a British Actor who has fifty years of experience in stage, film and television both in Great Britain and the United States.

Innes trained at Toynbee Hall, LAMDA and Bristol Old Vic.

He career was launched as an actor in the National Theatre Company of Great Britain under the direction of Sir Laurence Olivier. Amongst other theatres, he also worked with the Royal Court, National Theatre of Chichester, Southbank and the Old Vic.

In the United States, Innes has performed in The Vortex at the Ahmanson/Doolittle Theater in Los Angeles, "The Rise and Fall of Little Voice " at the Steppenwolf Theater Company in Chicago, as well as having the privilege of performing at several theaters on and off Broadway during his long career, Recently, he returned to London having performed in Maire Martello's, "The Lodger" and his one man show " Ages of Man" at the Workshop Theater Off Broadway.

His well over two hundred television shows both in the United Kingdom and the United States, include episodic shows, mini series and made for television movies. They include The Avengers, Upstairs Downstairs, Danger UXB, Rumpole of the Bailey, Menace , The Brief, The Bill, The Great Dome Robbery, MASH, Magnum, I Claudius and Shogun. Noble House, Masada and QED a CBS series, and as Cromwell in Meeting of Minds, this 3 performer episode won an Emmy .

His film credits include Billy Liar, The Italian Job, ,Nickolas Nickleby, Shiner, Things to Do Before You’re 30, Last Orders, Master and Commander, Stardust, and Elizabeth the Golden Age.

Innes enjoys writing, painting and has shown work at the Greater London Council and in the United States at Borders,
photography, golf, as well as driving and restoring his three Datsun Zs

He is a Freemason, at the Claremont, CA lodge, a member of Equity League and Actors Equity in the United States and a member of Screen Actors Guild and The Players,NYC..
